Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCY ELLEN CRAIG (nee Bootes) October 19, 1925 -December 3, 2006 Our hearts are heavy as we share the peaceful passing of our beloved Mom, with family by her side at the St. Boniface Hospital. Mom will always be lovingly remembered by her children, Allan and Linda (Gerry) and her brother Frank Bootes (Lynne). Mom was predeceased in 1995 by our father, Allan Thompson (A.T.) Craig, her husband of 48 years. Our Mom gifted her family, community and church with her being. Through her everyday life, Mom demonstrated the meaning of love, thoughtfulness, generosity, patience, loyalty and most importantly the precious gift of her time. Fortunate are those whose lives were touched by Mom. Mom expressed her heartfelt appreciation for the care, comfort and compassion she received from all of the St. Boniface Hospital staff on 4B, the St. Mark's Anglican Church Pastoral Care Team, and the WRHA Home Care caregivers prior to her hospital admittance. Dakota House residents and staff warmly welcomed Mom and their daily interaction was received with the utmost of joy and gratitude. Mom's wishes have been honoured with a private family service. Cremation and interment have taken place. In lieu of flowers and memorial contributions, family and friends are requested to practice random acts of kindness in Mom's memory. The Parish of St. Mark's Anglican Church, 19 St. Mark's Place in St. Vital invite all who wish to attend a Service of Thanksgiving for Lucy's life on Sunday, December 10, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. with the Reverend Ian Peterson presiding. Arrangements are in the care of St. Mark's Anglican Church. Mom, Peace Is Yours THOMSON Funeral Chapels - 669 Broadway - 783-7211
